Corsa B Blue More Door

Few more pics of the Cav RARB. Still need to get some proper bushes sorted out for either end of it but after covering several miles it doesn't seem to be budging at all with just washers and a nyloc nut holding it. The handbrake cable just rests on the clamps so it rubs ever so slightly but there's no real force or pressure between them.

Took my aerial off so I could get to the rubber gasket. Temporary cover lol:

Ordered a new seal, as you can see the old one is absolutely b*ggered:






Also ground down the threaded connector bar between my new aerial and the base so they sit more flush now




Went and picked up an OMP front strut brace. Tried fitting it but no joy. Had to relocate a plug but the air/fuel box is in the way too.

Got some very rare 5 door leather door cards and seats Absolutely perfect condition, no bolster wear at all. A few before and afters of the door cards including grey to black plastics:

Still need to go and get some other black plastics from a Corsa at Harbury Lane Breakers. Struggling to find time for anything at the moment though due to Uni exams coming up

Cheers. I've got plenty more on my to do list just no time at the moment due to Uni exams coming up. A few more things should be happening at the start if June.

Yeah really rare! The leather interior and door cards was an optional extra in the pre 97 CDX so very few had them fitted and even less of them are in as good condition as this set. The seats are literally flawless. Just need to swap the passengers seat pretensioner over from my current seats as the one on the leather seat has gone off. As said above, will be fitting them at the start of June

Well so much for waiting until June lol. Needed a break from revision so got the front leather seats fitted today and stripped the 60/40 split leather rear bench so when I have the time I can join the two bits of leather together and retrim my original one piece rear bench with it.


















































Passenger side pretensioner had gone off on the leather seat so instead of fitting the leathers with their subframes on I just swapped the seats and left the car's original subframes in place.

Not really interested in the steering wheel to be honest. Happy with the one I have, cheers for the offer though.

Got a couple more pics of the interior including the rears too. Bit of a rushed job, could do with tidying them up a bit but they'll do for now.
