Then I finally came across I good set of 14" alloys that I liked at a good price so decided to bite the bullet and get them
Took the opportunity to get some better sized tyres on though, gone from 185/60/14 to 165/65/14 so they far less bulky whilst still keeping the same overall diameter.

Pics don't really do the car justice at the moment so I'll try to remember to get some better pics for you at some point. Also got four brand new centre caps on the way and some wheel bolt caps.

Thanks Matt, makes it worth while with comments like that
Just got 4x brand spanking new polished centre caps in the post as the old ones are fairly knackered. Very hard to get hold of, just got lucky on an eBay search and there just happened to be one set going cheap

Wheels are looking good, and the blue interior light will look good at night - can't have one as when I need to see/read stuff a coloured one is useless, and I dont have nice bright white map reading lights like you!

Cheers Chris. No point in having a project thread without loads of pictures
Well you didn't see all the updates that led up to how it was on the first page. Had the car just over two years now, been tinkering with it from day 1 lol.
Yeah if I only had one interior light I would have it white, but with the map lights I get the best of both worlds

Got the wiper stalk swapped over, here's the difference between them (new one on the bottom):
Swapped my damaged bootlock surround for a standard one:
Got two new clamps for when I fit the Cav RARB:
Changed all of the rear door plastics to black and the front door window winders too. No pics yet but I'll try and get some later.
Got these in the post this morning
I'll get some more pics when they're fitted.

Got a black one to replace it which looks much better, but the connector piece is too long
Just fitted the flocked door handles:
And the headunit surround; before:

Flocked bits never look as good in photos as they do in real life lol.

Fitted a RARB from a MK3 Cavalier SRi this evening. Must say I'm pretty impressed with it. Don't think it's placebo, definitely corners better than before. Less body roll it seems.
Also wrapped my parcel shelf in black fabric. Planning on getting some black plastics and dash form a Corsa at Harbury Lane Breakers but the parcel shelf has already been taken
