About Us

Warwickshire Modified was created in 2008 to help local petrolheads meet like minded people and organise meets and events to share their pride and joys. All existing car clubs had disbanded and our new organised group offered a fresh approach by catering for all types of car enthusaists and not just those in the modified scene, then creating a strong community on and off the web, to share guides, advice and loads more.

Over time we have shown the rest of the U.K. every side of the scene here in the midlands, from the early days of creating cruises with 1,000's of attendants, moving on to magazine featured members cars, our support for local charity events, legendary social events, varied show stands, and always while displaying our strong sense of community. Members have not just met groups of people with similar interests, but friends for life, and sometimes more! Whether members are still participating or not, we're proud to have been part of creating these friendships, and even being the 'mother' of numerous new clubs that have spawned. After all, we're all in it for the same thing... the cars, the people, and the scene.

Today Warwickshire Modified has much more subtle place in the car scene, supporting others that create and innovate all aspects of the world surrounding car culture.
