Managed to come across some Team Dynamics Pro Race 3 alloy wheels CHEAP!

Will go on the car as they are for now, and then at some point will be ordering some sticky grippy rubber!

Quick little update ........

fitted the wheels to the car

Wat colour should I go with ....... stay black? white? silver? bronze? or ...... (lairy) pink?! I am leaning towards bronze.

Also picked this up last night

Fibreglass bootlid! Needs a litle bit of work but it will serve its purpose well!

Now the next purchase is definitely the roll cage! Seeing as this will take a bit of saving, it is quite handy that I now have A LOT of work to do to the car. It may take a few months to get this stuff done though as work is very busy up until mid may. So progress may be slow for now but it will get there :)

as always mate, im loving the progress so far!

the wheels look right as it is to be honest. no need to change that really. unless its in need of a refurbish or something.

Well then here is the latest update ..........

OOOPS!

It is the end of the road for the saxo! Reason being? Well me and the mrs are getting married, so could do with the extra cash. Plus she said after the wedding I can get what I want! So I will be after a DC2 as a toy.

I sold the shell + engine to a friend. He kindly sent me the above photo after he took the engine out! So now I have all the extra bits to make some money back with!

On a different note, picked up my new daily on Monday - another french whip!

It comes fully loaded with dynamic cruise control, reversing camera, emergency braking, panaramic roof, front and rear parking sensors, sat nav etc etc. Pretty nice motor actually! .......... Considering it is french!

Its a shame, this could of finished up something awesome! A brand spanking daily and a DC2 toy is a pretty decent consolation though!
