it was fine yesterday, then put the wheels on.. and had all these problems lol, i have a feeling that its due to size of wheels that are on, 13-15 is a bit of a jump

would the width of the tyre affect it? sorry for all these random questions, but i have no idea lol, though thinking about it, i got 195 all round, where as the steels were 165, but before i had the tyres changed on the alloys they had 195x2 and 185x2... so i presume that the 185's were for the front?

what is this on? two widths only get used usually when a vehicle is rwd, the only problem you will get with width is if it catches your arches... with regards to wheel diameter change your 13's would of had a larger profile tyre, im guessing you have chosen a low profile 15? as a rule if your 13" wheel plus the tyre is the same rolling radius as the 15 and its tyre then it shouldn't effect the car at all, get one of your 13's and prop it against your new wheels its the easiest way to check the radius

What garage does the pro work for so I know never to go there. Fairly obvious where the problem lies

yep
the balance machine only does it to 50mph ish and dont let them smack the leads on the outside of the rim either thats just lazy unless they are steel ;)

Surely the tyre always moves on the rim anyway from my experience?

Put a mark on tyre and rim then drive the car for a week or whatever, and the marks probably wont line up etc
