pumaspeed sell AP coilovers for our cars, that ill be buying sometime soonish! they £300ish. getting them fitted though...

ben zetec s has got coilies on his mark 6 fez and loves it

ebay if your not lookin to spend too much... n 40mm? nahhhhhhh! get it down to the 60's otherwise u might aswell just buy replacement springs

yeah mate ive got coilovers ap off pumaspeed get yourself to one off the meets more then likely to be there and ill take you for spin see what you think to them
but ill rate the spot on bit bumpy on the motorway but you live with it
handle wise spot on

also like si sed if you go coilovers u gotta go low like mine 60-65mm all round

if you dont want coilovers i have set off lowering springs lower the car 30mm mate £50 and there yours

Go on espdesign mate, and blag that your a member of zsoc, and you should expect to get a set of AP's for approx 290. If you need any help with fitment, im only a stones throw away

im off to the one this weekend so if your there sounds liek a plan plus im not gunna go all out on spring just yet as "its a work in progress" my excuse
