Update :-

FAILED attempt at doing the springs althou a massive thanks to dave for all the help,

problem 1


couldnt disconnect the anti roll bar so making the removal of the strut complicated

problem 2


coulnt remove the plastic end caps and it was well and truly, also contained ball bearings

the annoying bit was this was the last thing to do to get the spring off GGGRRRRR

after this decided to tidy up and put it all back together




well gunna wait for the HAYNES manual to come out and try again.

just waiting on the solid rear wiper arm to come and side repeaters, had the sub and amp installed saturday afternoon

all in all i love that car now

lol springs need compressing more by the looks of it... done my fair share and also, did you loosen the top nut off while the shock was still on the car? helps a lot!
