Just given them a quick wax too

Bad news I'm afraid. Went to the garage today and we thought it best to just change one tyre over to start with and give it a quick test around the industrial estate to make sure the wheels would be ok. On normal road they were fine but on speed bumps they rubbed And there are lots of speed bumps around here so we had to change the tyre back over so I'm keeping my Softstars and selling the Rondells.

They would be fine with different tyres as the 195 is just a bit too chunky for them. But I still have loads of tread on mine so didn't fancy getting new tyres just to make these wheels fit. Plus now that I've seen what they would have looked like on, the softstars actually look better in my opinion.

The Guy I got them from had a 60mm drop on his Corsa and said he only had a slight bit of rubbing occasionally just from the rear driver's side wheel but I'm pretty sure his tyres were more stretched.

Fitted my front mudflaps yesterday. Did it a bit better than when I used to have them, so hopefully this time they won't get caught on anything

Also stuck a K&N sticker I got free from them on my airbox and I have fitted my new number plates for good this time

luks good mate, id get to work on cleaning that engine bay tho. a nice car shud have a clean tidy bay.

It's not exactly a show car though, so I can't really be arsed with cleaning the engine bay lol.
