i get all my stuff from motorworld in cov as clive there is an expert on audio. i got a split charge going and it's the best thing i did. the relay was £25 and since i hooked the radio to the second battery it saved me a lot of embaressing jumpstarts <!-- s8-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="

" title="Cool" /><!-- s8-) --> i still run my normal audio speakers through the h/u and the separate boot audio through the amps. the amps and split charge are protected by loads of fuses and i got 2 1 farad powercaps that are more than enough for the 2 kicker 15''s and the 12'' jbl. if you wanna have a look tonight feel free, but i'll admit one of my amps is on the blink so it's not at full power.

monting the sub backwards uses the actual boot as a bass box so you would have the best audio from the inside IIRC

Runnin yr sub backwards (inverted) will sound great in side the car but as soon as u open the boot will sound flat. Plus with how ur buildin ur system u gota be carefully and make sure ur not runnin ur sub too close to the 6x9's as u can put to much air preasure on them from the sub and u wont get the best sound out of em so as runnin an inverted sub will use the booot as the base box is gona put too much strain on the 6x9's
also send me a list of what edge kit u want and i'll price it up for ya as i have contacts in car audio trade

Kicker comp vr subs big legacy amp 2 infinity 6x9s and 2 infinity door speakers and you would be laughin! Are ur front doors a dodgey size or are they round in that model?? Infinity reference can be bought cheap and i havent found a clearer speaker than that yet for the money! Altho the jbl power series are awsome!! Then maybe go with the jbl subs not the 1000watt peak but the 1600s if you can still get them! One mono jbl amp for the subs and a nice 4ch jbl amp for ur 6x9s and front doors and if u wanna buy a head unit spend more now and it will never need upgradin! Gotta suggest alpine all the way there the best power house for any system particularly with the pre outs for the sub! So much controll all at your finger tips!
