Looks like HEL been to some kind of show/event and now selling few ex-show brake lines at auction on ebay or Buy It Now for £40 + free p&p. They still brand new and usually cost £69 (sexual <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="
" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> ). So might be a bargain 
Just ordered some for 350 (already bought some last week for £69, but will see one pair for £65 to make £25 profit lol )
