metallic clicking noise from osf wheel

got 59 plate RS focus with Grahame Goode Racing 370bhp upgrade,but having metallic click noise from o/s/f wheel on take off and decelerating/gearchange.Well annoying,have had new discs and pads,noise still ***~''@@ there...! Any ideas folks.? Anyone had same fault.?

cv joint clicking?

59 plate? just take it back to the dealer?

if hes tuned it im guessing his warrinty will be void, does sound like a dry cv joint

cheers guys,ordered new driveshaft as cannot buy outer cv joint on its own...!So ordered both driveshafts as can`t be arsed having same fault occuring again,so now £967.45p lighter in me wallet,this is just the parts costs..! readie si is dead on,warranty is void with me extra mods,so glad I don`t have to talk to an anal Ford service receptionist,who doesn`t no his arse from his elbow,as he only got the job after being a collect & delivery driver for 5 years,and knows everything...not!

Sod that, I'm sure Dave mac propshafts in cov or shafttec distribution in brum could of done something for less than a quarter of that price

fair play mate hope it cures it, i read in fast ford recently if you had opted to go with a mountune package it wont void your warrinty as they are commisioned by ford to do some out of house tuning, but i think the best they offer is a 350 upgrade

I am new to this forum!! Hello everyone! I too have a 59 plate focus rs with the graham goode 370 package ( featured in july edition performance ford with stobbart stickers) and ap racing six pot brakes with 362 ap discs and guess what my drivers side wheel is clicking aswell. I have also ordered today from allen ford both drive shafts and cv joints. I paid £876.07 (trade).
