a mahusive bulge and a split plus a slightly bent lip on the inside of my rim!!!!

they sorted most the potholes arond solihull and the main roads now....

Know how you feel, I hit a pothole and bent my wheel, cant drive my car either as iv sold my second set of wheels this week lol.

If you want to claim, first off go on the coucil website and report the pothole (will work in your favour if it ends up in small claims court) then fill the claims for in (link at bottom) and get loads of pictures with a ruler showing the depth and size.

Dont know if you would want to claim but a new dish for my wheel come at near £400 then new tyre at £120.

Heres a number for a guy who refurbs wheels in Rugby, cant see the how bad the damage is in the pics but maybe be repaireble.

My method of not getting damaged alloys from potholes is simply to... avoid them...
