bike brakes was created by mongman
been trying for a month to bleed the front brakes on my zxr750 since a twit mate of mine suggested draining the old fluid out first so i filled it from empty. tried bleeding them through normally and all i get is shed loads of air bubbles and no firmness on the lever. spent 40 min today with no reduction in the amount of air coming out. there's no leaks so i'm worried it's a seal in the master cylinder. anyone had similar probs?

using a non return valve in a bleed kit and pumping the lever. loads of air on one side, none on the other. gonna try using a large syringe on the nipple and push the air back up the top in case it is the seal. any leaks will shw up when fluid pours out. hopefully. bloody kwackattack brakes. <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="

Be better off pulling fluid through attach ur syringe to the nipple on calliper and suck it through ensuring ur m/c is allways topped up then when u finally get fluid comin through lock off the nipple still with syringe attached then take the preasuse with the syringe and pump the leaver a few times then release nipple to draw fluid through keep repeating till brake is sufficiant.
