lowering springs and torsion bar was created by millz

ok so i finally got my rear arches sorted now i had to grind about 3-4mm off the inside lip and paint the lip so it doesnt rust. now down to the nitty gritty seen as i dont know how to fit springs or anything i wanted to know if anyone was any good with doing that and lowering of torsion bars
any help would be great

I know Richard1987 is fitting Vovan314s' coilovers at the weekend, so he might be up for fitting them! lol

Otherwise its any garage that can do it for you really, some of them might be abit awkward about torsion bar though

springs ya will need spring compressors and usual tools i.e socket set,jack...

Torsion bar is bit more difficult... I'll find you a link later about doing a bar

i would prefer someone else who has a bit of experience doing it lol. im ok with jet engines but not with lowering my car

lol fair enough, springs ive done before but not torsion bar! ent there a 106 club website where someone off there could poss do it...

150 upwards, i just had a quote from a renualt specialist in nuneaton to fit springs and do the bar for 100 quid
