Its near impossible to track all downloads, plus I would rather be caught by my ISP than the record company - Virgin Media give you warning if they catch you, so you simply stop then

Well, they may, but as a bit torrent is, well, a torrent of bits - it's impossible to know what's actually in the cloud. In any case running Peer Guardian means they can't see much at all
I had real big problems with Virgin ADSL - unrelated to torrents. Still, that's probably a conversation for another thread...
