is there something up with the pop3 mail accounts? cant send mail was alright not long back and havent changed any settings,

There should be no errors with the POP3 for Warwickshire Modified email addresses. Can you be alittle more specific on any errors etc?

ill get some screens up when i get chance i can recive mail but i cant seem to send

Ah right, simply make sure you tick the option to use login when sending email as it requires authentication
