Been for a lovely trip to wales today.. some amazing scenery on the way
Them thar hills...
Getting closer, I was terrible at pronouncing Welsh, as I soon found out.
Mi Scusi
Like a briddddddddddge over troubled.. you get the idea
The result?
Trial fitting.. need some rear arch work, thats for sure!
Comments welcome.. its been years in the making to get wheels like these!

I just bagged two universal bolt on arches for £20 off a friend, should have them by today <!-- s:twisted: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_twisted.gif" alt="
" title="Twisted Evil" /><!-- s:twisted: -->
In comparison:
And this is how I left the arches the other day.. 10:30 am and about time to hit things with a hammer.
Pro tools!
stop, hammer time..
Loads better, and clearance isn't an issue now thankfully. The camera ran out of batteries but there were some rust holes I prepped, filled, and sanded before applying hammerite over both arches to stop any further damage.
And when the camera was back on we were left with this
inbetween paint, filler and fibreglass drying I had time to vaccum the inside, wash the plastics, get rid of a load of crap drawing some one did on my dash way back and these bits and bobs:
This was held by some string, time to make a catch (my pov spec model never had a door for the glove compartment so I made one out of a bit of alu a while back:
I also never had a clock, so some fake aging and mirror fixing tape =
In case of emergencies:
Time started 10:00am, finnished about 5:30.. a good day at work then

That last pic is pretty awesome. You going to get any wider wheels for the front?

Cheers mate, nah the front wheels will stay skinny to get a bit of tuck when I get smaller tyres, gives it a RWD stance
