hi,
i'm darren. i am new to the area (rugby) and i am a vehicle security and audio specialist.
and i work for myself as D.C. ALARMS
i operate a mobile service offering supply and fit of alarms, trackers, phone kits, parking sensors, towbars etc. i also fit your own equipment, including audio. stereos, subs, amps, dvd, etc etc. i found out about the site from seeing a couple of cars in rugby tesco with the stickers on.
i have been an installer/engineer for nearly 20 years. and i am thatcham approved.
i am a member of northen modified, and a few other forums.
i drive an import crv, and have a zx9r ninja for my toy.
and some of the cars ive owned in the past include a scooby, starlet gt turbo, mkII golf gti, r5gtt, ford escorts from mkI right upto mkVI and a few classic minis.

proximity sensor, or microwave as more commonly known are designed for soft tops instead of using ultra sonics. i am assuming your motor is the celica. is it an import or uk. what toad is fitted, cos if an ai606, then you would loose your cat 1 status on the alarm by fitting remote start. and your insurance company will not be happy.

Sorry to be soo vague I appreciate there are 1000's of type of alarms available, but if you could recommend something to start off then will take it from there :D
