Yes you can, pretty much most will fit straight on some may require spiggot rings for the bore or spacers if the offset is compltely diffrent.

offset will make the most difference, pcd doesnt particularly need to be the same, you could fit anythin in the range of 98-102 using wobbly bolts
if the centre bore is too big, you will need a hubcentric spacer... if bore is too small, you will need to get the centres milled out which is obvious ££

the man speaks the truth^^^^^^^^,an e30 bmw is likely to have a larger offset on the rear wheels as they are rwd,the problem with the cantre bore is that the hubcentric spacers are around 70 quid for two,and often lead to increased tyre and bearing wear as it is pushing more load on them.

^^^^ yes yes, but on the other hand, you will be better off with hubcentric ones rather than plain flat ones, as the effects ed mentioned are worsend

i would be more concerned about the offset tbh i think mg's are like et45 and bmw's are like et25 the bmw wheels will stick out to far and make it tram line like a bitch and you won't be able to lower it cus it will scrub.
spacers and wobbly bolts are a bodge! you should just buy wheels that fit

wobblies are a bit of a bodge. wouldnt say spacers are though. some cars have them fitted as standard...
