how do i adjust the level of my hids as i keep gettin flashed at coz there to high in my fiat stilo 2004????

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP????

Only the headlights adjust the level, not the HID itself unless you need some HID holders to make them sit properley in the light - this might solve it, search on eBay

you adjust them as you would adjust a normal headlight bulb.

drive up to a a wall or garage door and adjust them against that to make it easy.

there should be a screw just above the bulbd holder that adjusts them
