Suzuki DZ125 Supermoto. 4stroke 125 liquid cooled. Great little bike. Only problem is that they are new, so youre looking a couple of grand for one.

2 strokes ain't bad on fuel. even thrashing my nsr at 80+mph down the country lanes doesn't give me less than 55 miles/gallon. unless you're gonna do massive miles (i.e. to wales) when the vibration would cause embaressing effects  get a 2 stroke. simple, bullit proof and revvy fun. i used to commute from rugby to daventry and cov on mine no probs. check ebay carefully and don't buy unless you're sure it's really as good as it looks. check the prices in the mags and price guides and feel free to sit on a few in dealers forecourts. make sure it's right for you and be picky. there's loads of bikes out there to choose from.
