who has got a section 59? it seems to be given out like candy in stratford upon avon got one the other night for doin a lil wheel spin!!!!!!! wouldnt mind if it was a proper cop but no a comunity suport officer on a push bike how fookin imbarrisin lol

I don't do any of those things. I respect the public peace. Statford is one of those places in the world that earns tons of cash from international tourism. They don't really want a load of mad idiots mowing down coach parties of tourists! It's more of a deterrent.
