how to... headlight conversion

fancy a set of 2001 headlight on your pre 2001 focus heres how.

1. remove the loom from your original headlights carefully

2. you will have a 3 pin plug, simpley chop up the block so its 3 seporate connectors.

3.you will now have one black (earth) wire and two multi coulerd wires (lives).

4. now take your new head lights and simpley chop the original loom out, it will not be needed any more.

5. connect one of the lives to each of the bulbs and connect the earth to the dipped beam

6. you will need to make a 2nd earth for your main beam crimp on 1 end the other end can be fixed to the body of the car.

7. the plug for your headlight adjuster is a direct fit and so is the sidelight.

8. fit your new headlights
