Another New Motor! was created by lewys
So the subaru has lasted all of just 6 weeks (probably 7 by the time it is sold!)
I couldn't live with the fuel costs, insurance costs and personally i was always dissapointed in how it drove - I was expecting faster 2bh.
So I picked up my new motor on Saturday, hopefully this will stick around much longer than the subaru did! We decided that we would chuck loads o'moneys at the 5 door focus diesel we have to make it a good car and use it as the family wagon! so I didnt need a 5 door motor anymore ......
So i bought myself a Civic Type R!
Ill get some pics up soon, but its a grey facelift 54 plate with 78k on the clock and FSH (most being honda as it was owned by the boss at the honda dealership)
I didnt think I would go to V-tec after having a turbo, I always thought why would anyone choose that over a turbo?? But I have to admit it is strangely VERY addictive!!
No major plans, probably looking at new wheels (rota torque or grid?) and lowering on 30mm springs!
