C2 Easy/cheap Engine mods for better sound? was created by iiMatt

Basically i want my C2 VTR to have a bit more bite in the acceleration sound does anyway know of any mods i can do to the engine without breaking the bank?

Yeah an upgraded air filter/induction kit will get you a nicer note from the engine on acceleration as it sucks the air in, next step would be an exhaust but thats alot more exspensive!

How did you get on with your headlights by the way?

There are allot more expensive induction kits out there but you get what you pay for ... good luck

drill some holes in the manifold, gives you a nice roar on acceleration

you have to drill the holes and then fill them with expandable builders foam for the jap rasp then it will pass emissions
