Anybody know of problems with this?

My Girlfriends KA had its lambda sensor replaced as it was showing up on DTC codes and EML came on.

A couple of weeks ago the EML came on, she took it in and they said it was the Lambda sensor again but it was not faulty and it could of been caused by the cold weather.

The EML has just come on again, but i havent put my diagnostics on it yet. Any one have any idea why it keeps coming on if the sensor is ok?

If Pacman had affected us as kids we'd be running around in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

i agree with david b,apparently it helps to leave new fords with the earth lead off for a bit every so often to allow it to reset itself and discharge (ooohhh kinky)!!

TEAM-P FTW!!!!!

Ive got my own diagnostics kit, but it wouldnt give me a fault code <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->

Theres something definatly up with it, idling sounds almost like its missfiring, power intermittent and also fuel consumption way up. Its a 54 plate but bought from dealer its got warranty for another 4 months so its gone in today.
