Advice....

Yo, well i need some advice on what this problem could be.... Basicly my sisters got a 1998 1.1 saxo that wont start. This happened before and it turned out to be the immoberlizer, so i assumed it was this again, so i took it back to the auto electrions that fitted the immoberlizer and they seem to think the whole ecu is fucked because it's not reading any codes it just reading err, so there trying to charge 68 quid an hour just to fix the ecu to find out the bigger fault, which apperently takes 2 hours. So what could it be? i cant see why the ecu could be fucked as it was driving fine all day parked up for 10 minutes ever since it wont start... fucking joke.

ye but pez its not reading any ecu codes? just says error when on the diog machine

i think they would throw up an error code if the immobilizer is on anyway as the immobilizer locks you out the ecu and everything anyway?

i dunno, ill look into that pal! cause the immobilizer is under warentee so would make sence for them to lie and say the ecu is fucked so they dnt have to replace it.
