k-series - to zetec inlet swap

points?

1. flows better
2. easy to fit
3. more performance
4. not to hard to adapt

also im looking for a focus 1.6/1.8/2.0 exhaust manifold because they flow better than the fezzie one

Youve got the wrong manifold mate!

Its the T series turbo one you want!
The K Series one cant have a Flange/Adaptor plate made to fit a Zetec block!

ive reserched it and this one can also be used you only have to file a few extra things and drill some holes

suppose the t16 tubz manifold is bigger soo where can i get one?

why dont use just use the rs1800 one?

Its a hell of a lot bigger.. and you dont need to blank anythink off.. Just need to get an Adaptor plate.. which theres a company that puts them up for sale on Ebay every now and then!
T16 manifold can be bought of ebayy! Or just nick one off a scrappy at the scrap yard!

Them K Series manifold have Plastic Manifold Flange's... I dont know anyone who makes a flange acceptable for the Zetec head for one..
Everyone uses the T16 Manifold because its Alot easier and alot better!

Because there shit compared to the Rover Turbo Manifold!

The T16 Manifold.. Flows 4x more than the HO Manifold from Ford ( Rs1800i mani )

If the car is Set up.. and adapted to run the Rover turbo mani then yea...

Why do you think all the Zetec Turbo boys run them.. because they are ideal for the turbo flow rate...
but you will need a Fuel Pressure regulator.. and bigger injectors.. u can use the Zetec ones cuz they fit straight into the manifold..
but Id go for a set of 330cc Siemens... as the results are fantastic
Got a mate on his Escort GTI on a 1.8 engine but with this manifold and the 330cc Injectors and exhaust system and 4-2-1 and he is pushin 173bhp!
And its all because of the manifold that it available to reach that...
Manifold once set up gave about 30bhp!
