or Drilled and grooved
is it worth paying more for d/g?

I need both new discs and pads

i had grooved and vented on eddy when i was running rs2000 ones and the wear didn't seem any different to normal standard discs if i'm honest.

Just go for what looks good!
I would just go for vented, drilled looks a bit mad in my opinion...

dont really have time for this, just want to get the MOT done tbh

well yes, obviously removing material from the disc will make them considerably weaker!
also, d&g unbranded ones are like £50ish per pair, EBC and Blackdiamond are looking well over £100 a pair, and im just not paying that!
after a bit of faffing, and chatting to a bloke at work, decided to get standard ones (they are vented anyway)
got a "mintex brake box" 2 discs, 4 pads, £42 for the lot, and that includeds P&P!
seeing as im not track driving, there isnt much point in having anything more than that!

Good price, and they'll look good and not break the bank
