kent cams look good, but seem to do every engine but mine!!

I might get a rover tuner to tune my gt40 turbo on my left testicle to run 400000 bhp lol

from newman cams... mentions fiesta 1.4 zetec... but this probably means somethin older han mine... as mines a duratec engine

rob if your wanting cams be prepared to pay 1k alone due having to have the price off them the fitting and then them mapping on top i waw told i need to mapping sessions to get mine to run spot on mate .

piper do do them for 1.2,1.4,1.6 etc

was just a thought. dont wanna change the engine. only wanted a simple swap for a bit more poke

want to keep my engine as its cheap and reliable and only just hit 30K

and want to keep my car for daily and get a second car after uni, dont wanna rip this one apart, other than simple stuff

you can send yours off to some companies and they will re-profile them for you, but youd have to live without your car for a couple of weeks

its going to be easier n hell of a lot more responsive if you just swap engines, thers just no point in tuning the 1400 its pants and you'l probly end up blowing up the bottom end as there very fragile. get an ST lump in there!
oh n just so u know a duratec is a zetec! ford simply re-named it theres few differances but nothing major

yup my mistake... they are similar but it seems in short a duratec is a revamped zetec, duratecs are built soley from alloy where as the zetec is an iron block with an alloy head, this makes the duratec lighter. the other main differance is using a cam chain rather than a cam belt
