ENGINE LIGHT IS ON ( HELP )!!!!!!!!!!

I think corsa's are prone to this dude, mine had the same fault but all my clocks would die aswel, it would still drive normal with no problems its just my clock would all drop down as if the engine wasnt on. But as others have said i cant see it being you air flow meter as this would make it lumpy and it would try and cut out at idle.

yeahhh i have tha.. but my clock connections broke.. so they cum lose.. even if i push um back in i have to bang um to make up work otherwise i crnt indicate..
but... if my clocks go off my car wont start either so have to bang um an tha try start it again!!

Give it a full service for peice of mind, clean out all the intake mani aswell, my engine light came on, i chaged coil and took intake all off, it was restricting a minute bit of air going in, but still ran fine, when i cleaned it no light

my housemates corsa has the engine light on. he just ignores it and carries on and its been fine

i would change the CTS (coolent temp sensor) first as they can cause all sorts of weird problems and their a common fault on all vauxhalls. there one of the cheapest sensors to so a good place to start

put a bit of black tape over the light?? wont see it then

its an m reg corsa? there prone to this i bet u spend ages lookin for a problem wen really its probly somthin stupid as a loose wire
personally i would ignore it sounds silly but it probly is just the light stayin on my mrs had an L reg corsa with the same fault, and ive seen plenty with the same head scratchin problem, turned out a bit of electric kept gettin to the l.e.d on the dash makin it turn on n off for no reason
corsas are a simple engine mechanically if a mechanic cant find a problem with it i would leave it. if its really buggin u take the facia off the dash n remove the wire to the light on the back of it
