welder needed to fit exhaust plz

i have got a de cat section for my yaris t sport the section should fit all bar the flange being to small so could i just cut the flange off the old exhaust and weld it on the new one??
if so who could help me do it?

if i were you i would just cut a section out of your current cat and remove all the insides. then just re-weld the cut out section back in. take it the sensor is currently in the cat section of your old pipe? if you do as mentioned you shouldn't have to relocate it as there usually fixed to the thin pipe work rather than the bulk of the cat. only thing you have to worry about is your mot. im sure if you had to get a second had cat though it would still be cheaper than a new manifold?
just an idea.

lol, whats its made of for that price. the one on my scooby cost 200 and thats huge.
