looks an alright price!
might be able to manipulate it into a cold spot down at the bottom of the bay, sort of under the battery
but add it onto the intake for the standard airbox (removing the panel filter inside)
fezza boys will know what i mean...

i had an escort rs2000 with a pannel filter. i also drilled a load of holes in the bottom of the airbox. (sometimes more effective than cone filter) the sound it made under load was quality.

im still goin to be getting a cone, but its gonna be fitted direct so no piping hassle
