pull the headunit out if your lucky the code is printed on the side or its in the owners handbook both of my escorts had it in the book.

Could try a coat hanger? Snip it into pieces and put it into the 'key' holes

Only other option for a code is to ring a ford dealer, although there are programs to do it online if you look in the right place

which model, and either way you are gonna need to get the stereo out cos you will need the serial number from it.
get me model and serial number, and will see if i can find my old ford decoder program

It's a 6000 rds and the serial is m312112

if u cant find it on the back/side of ur head unit,type that in on internet (google etc) and there is few websites that will give u the code for charge of like £5

The head unit was taken out by the dealer to change one of the switches and they don't have the code
