going to make myself sound really stuuupid,but yeah! just abit of advice really, ive researched the installation, but its telling me to keep the fuse holder infront of the bulkhead, but then i have 4ft of red power cable hanging in my engine bay,when a mate put my wiring in the corsa, the power cable ran right through?

Just cut the wire - get rid of all that 4ft excess but leave a little bit of slack, the fuse holder lets you kind of re-join the wire, just make sure the piece you keep from the bit cutt off is the one with the crimped ring on it, as thats for attaching it to the battery obviously

Is that what you meant?

you wanna keep the fuse holder in the engine bay area, because lets say it starts shorting somewhere half way you can knacker the battery if it don't fuse.

If Pacman had affected us as kids we'd be running around in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

Yeah, safety first, attach the cable to the battery, then proceed to chew on the power cable to cut it

Andy you still owe me a fuse by the way <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

Got a sunroof? Put it through there, sorted!

There will be a rubber grommit somewhere covering a pre-made hole through the firewall etc, apparently its behind the engine in your motor - take off this rubber ring, cut a hole in it, feed the cable through and into the car - it will appear low behind the stereo
