If you mean the box moving, screw it down, if the subbox is making a vibrating noise itself it means its either not secured or sealed properley

Anything else vibrating on the car itself either remove it, packed it in (with foam), or secure it better

ive dynamatted my underseat speakers and it made a MAHOOSIVE difference easy to fit and just does exactly what its claimed to do!
