Previous Tyres - Sunny Headgefinders - lasted 5000 miles and 5 months before they had chords showing

Now - Yokohama S Drives - epic tyres loads more grip than my last set on the front can go into a corner at more than 30 without them screaming in pain <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="

I take it back my eagle f1's have lasted about 5000miles and are shot, great for grip but too soft for how much they cost

You want Avon zz3's, very good all round

I have nangkang ns-2's 225/40/18 all the way round, a very good comprimise between money and quality.

Kumho all the way for me. Cheap mid-range tyre that has awesome grip! Only thing they fail on is road noise is slightly higher than other tyres.
