Any was I've got a set 35mm Apex lowering springs for sale as title says for a Rover 25 or 200.

Yes mate they would fit and gives you a much stiffer ride but will only drop it 10mm because ZR's are 25mm lower than R25's as standard. This is what they look like on mine with 17" rims and 35 profile profile -
