5 door dropped 30mm on RS wheels

looks alot better than i thought it would!!, very tempted to do this myself instead of dropping it 50mm on inovit stvi's!

like the wheels but i still say drop it 50mm

i still want my car to have an element of practicality to it tho and it wouldnt be able to go over speedbumps or have ppl in the back if i dropped 50mm?

mines dropped at least 80 all round on coilovers, can still get around most places lol

be prepared to fix your cv joints regularly, and wheel bearings will wear faster... personally i wouldnt go over 17's cus then you get the previous mentioned problems and the car tramlines also 17" give it much better handling at 50mm and i mean you can throw the car at a corner on 18's its just not as good, trust me ive driven both syles you want, when you do go lower replace the shocks with zetec spec ones (if yours is lx they are softer) or after market to really reap the benefits

i do like that, it looks really nice. maybe an idea for the future for me lol

The astra is lowered 100mm on coilies and only scrapes occasionally- the civic is now lowered 50mm and thats fine.doesnt catch at all.
