i wouldnt say he is a hero or a cock tbf yea he was in the wrong etc etc but this sorta stuff is allways going to happen i.e chasing , racing , crashes etc so just try make it fun

Reckless idiot. Yes it's 'funny' that the driver gave the police the run around, but if they'd caused an accident nobody would be laughing - s/he had a damn good go at causing one.
