any body elsa having problems that it is not opening on pc

if i uninstall it worried might lose whats on their yeah could try lastest download and see wats happens

done that twice restart and same again

also DOES now show up in task manger in applications

look under process's mate its called itunes.exe then end process. then re open it. if still no luck re install.
