C2 GT project

OK so here it is its finally going up.

As some of you are aware i no longer have the corsa anymore and i now own a C2 GT in red (the corsa might be sold on saturday) anyway heres what ive done its not alot really as ive only had the car 2 weeks and due to most my money being in the corsa not alot has been done but when the corsa has gone etc the project will really start going.

Here is my final list of whats going to be done its going to be a mix of EURO and Sleeper

Wheels: im going to have 2 sets of wheels for the C2 im keeping the original GT alloys but they are being powder coated black this will be for the sleeper look. The euro look ill be getting banded steelies either 9 or 10" wide 15" diameter in black.

Bodywork: this will be the one i have to save up most for im going to have the boot smoothed, debadged grill with the logo removed and just slated. front number plate recess smoothed out. the back will stay as it is. And smoothed off door handles. and colour coded door mirrors.

Exterior: Angel eyes will be fitted some euro style stickers which i already have. FK coilovers, black roof, euro style pressed plates, wind deflectors

Engine: KN induction kit, Red samco hoses (coolant and air induction pipes) Red OMP strut brace, chrome Cam cover and washer bottle top etc. Exhaust manifold eventually, ultra fast road cams and eventually a remap. Sportex exhaust system with 3" stainless steel tip.

Interior: pretty much as it is but with a Show cage in red.

I.C.E: not going to be a big on on this but non the less effective, i Have 2 12" sony limited edition subwoofers 2 Fli 1000m mono block amps 1 fli 450s amp 2 sony 6x9's sony 6.5" front speakers and 4" rear and a 1.2f Power capacitor along with 2 7" monitors with a Double Din headunit.

So heres some images so far of how it looks all ive done is changed the wiper blades to aero flat ones and changed the tax holder so theres no point uploading these ive debadged the back removing the GT badge and the Citroen sport one i removed the Citroen arrow type badge to find out one had to holes going in the boot so for now ill be putting the badge back on to cover the holes and eventually get it smoothed out along with the other 2 badges. Oh and i added a smiley sticker i liked at MOD NATS

Right i starting pulling bits of to see what speakers they have as standard the front set are 6.5" speakers so ill be replacing these with the sony ones i have.


The original Cd player what came with the car will be changed to a double din when i find one i like at a good price

Soon to come will be my coilovers when i order them on the 11th june then i can really get the project on the ball

Plans sound good Euro style pressed plates would suit it if you're going for the slammed deep dish euro look.

so i can switch between Euro and Sleeper ill mostly likely be keeping the standard wheels on for everyday driving and for cruises and shows put the banded steelies on

ordered a new badge to replace and cover the holes on the boot lid until it gets smoothed and a short aerial from the citroen dealer at £18 for both only £4 for the aerial

aerial is a bargain as its a citroen and pug part.

Righto quick update the corsa is now SOLD got a £1000 for it that going on saturday then from then i can start ordering the bits i want ie: coilovers etc so from next saturday the project is on the role
