sounds like a nice little project,but how can you convert it to rwd?

Shawspeed specialise in the zetec se engine and put it into there kit cars. They supply the gearbox and conversion kit, like spiggot bearing and all the little fidly bits. And all i have to do is source the ford escort mk1/2 rear axle, and propshafts, brakes, supension. and other bits. So its a long winded process however, would be worth it at the end. As the car is being pulled by the front wheels, rather than with rwd, it is pushed, which makes it quicker on accel figures.

yea,fair play,although it may be a bit tricky to drive being such a short chassis with rwd

Yeh, like the smart car on you-tube with a gsxr-1000 engine in it. but it'll be built for track action only.

yea,they have a habit of snap steering,ie just going from side to side rather than straight!
