I Found this copy of Photoshop CS0.5 its not paint so its 100% within the rules of this post.
I as put you some neon glow under the (american accent CHA-C) chassis. i as also done you some fly eye and a custom sun strip you you and your julie. it is decked on chopped bumpstops but you is also gettin pulled by the rozzas who iz in a slammed focus due to the fact it was in the way when lowering the civic!
