Thanks for the great comments. MINIs are amazing to drive, the chassis is great in stock form but even better with a decent set of coilovers. Tax wise the older 1st gen supercharged ones are worse on emissions so tax is around £240, the new turbo version like mine is around £150 a year, not 100% but around that amount as not taxed it yet.

Nice mate look forward to seeing how it comes along, i wish i could do the same to the mrs's it would be immense with coilovers, mines pretty good but with all the extra wieght cant compare.

You should, coilovers on a mini make a good handling car a great one :0)

nope not yet,quite a few offers but dont have time/parts or effort to strip it, itll get part ex'd eventually
