in need of someone with a welder!!

Righty! My car looks quite mean, with all the rust and all. Then you get to the headlights and it ruins the image! Looks to happy, so I'm in need of someone with a welder in and around the redditch area who can make a badboy bonnet, obviously the weld doesn't need to be pro because it'll add to the look! Any help will me muchly appreciated! Cheers . Also!! New addition, I need someone who can lower torsion bars

its easy to lower them

yeah the lowering is sorted, me and ditch did it, took half hour both sides
