I normally look around with the comparison sites like money supermarket, confused and all those... mainly because im lazy and cant be bothered to go through the insurance companies individually! I got a quote with direct line for mine but they were a bit expensive than the company i went with. I change insurers every year, my renewal always seems to go up with the same company... not sure why tho...

Thats a good drop from what u were paying before tho :)

try brentacre welsh based company and really good if you got one years NCB they can get you in with highways which is the same insurance provider chris knott uses, i got my car cover 900 quid fully comp with all mods declared best bit is if you do modify your car they dont put the insurance up unless you mod the engine <!-- s;-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";-)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;-) -->

comparison companys are good for getting a ruff idea of what youl be paying but they have hidden charges finding fee's etc and be carefull cus some are only 10 month policies which means no NCB and direct line are the people helping to fund the insurance fraud crack down even if you change the gear nob and get caught they will end your policy their very very strict.

and yes i got to learn to put up one post rather than 3

paying for 12 months will be cheaper than monthly.

as readie said, good for the idea

find the cheapest on gocompare or somethin, then phone that company up

my mate did this litterally last week, and over the phone they reduced it by about £60 from the online quote, and then added in extra cover and other add-ons

I might get a rover tuner to tune my gt40 turbo on my left testicle to run 400000 bhp lol

kay have tried ringing endsleigh? comparison sites are easier, but i always find ringing companys is better, they give you a more detailed quote (generally) its abit more time consuming though, but you can normally work for better deals on the phone. endsleigh is young driver/student insurance, always tend to be cheapest for me :)
