woody u say stratford only way for a meet is at mutli carpark by pool but first hr is free then need to pay after but most or some people will not want that and due to low car not a good area, (just idea)
would say maybird but banned from their which is shame.....

other be pool carpark but got speedbumps and cameras also

theres loads of places you could hold it in stratford, plenty of industrial estates, doesnt even have to be in the town centre

i personally would like to see a monthly meet be just set up in one place in the middle of main areas of members say. same date/day and time every month, least everyone will know. most other forums manage it (just a suggestion not provoking an argument ) <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="

The idea was to have meets on the first Sunday of every month, we stuck to this, but then the only downfall is that it sometimes conflicts with shows or large cruises etc

Also having it in the same area brought with it its own problems, Sainsburys for example in Leamington would be blocked off some nights or trouble makers would get wind of the regular event/location and turn up and cause hassle - plus some people travel up to an hour to get to the meet locations so its nice now and then to move it closer to them for example.

I dont know of any other forums which have meets at the same time and in the same place every month throughout the year? Im guessing its the same crowd all the time. You happy to go to Leamington for example for every month of the year? As I think the majority of members are in Leamington so it will sway the vote

I think it should be in different locations remember what happened with the redditch cruise with them always coming to leam and rugby and warwick but the time its at redditch barely anyone goes i think all new locations could be a good idea try different places instead of the same ones just a thought your the Boss tho hehe

either way theres going to be disagreements

i love woodys idea i think thats best as everyone gets it equally and not having the same place like 3 months on the trot like we did it warwick

im not looking for an arguement lol just saying... but the meets have been lacking a bit what with cruises and that.... mabye you should stick one up for next weekend... i know its the end of the month and blah blah blah but just do it dont be a big girl

Large number of members are Coventry and Birmingham that isnt Warwickshire. Warwickshire is the most stupid county ever, stupid area coverage and no major cities/towns.
