Halfords do up to 20mm I think, after that Maplins is a good place to go. I think I have a 25mm (hole dia.)/32mm (cover dia.) bung still from my megane if thats any use?

Just measured it and it seems to be for 32mm hole actually

I think the one I have is RG00A from this page; http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=29938
Hole diameter - 31.7mm

You can have it for free, only thing you might have to pay is postage unless you wana pick it up from a meet? Saying that, I wont be at the August one

Heres a tip by the way - put it in just-boiled water to soften it up, will make it alot easier to fit
