looking good now rob,as for the mating issue,its a load of rubbish,provided that the paint is even it wont make a difference,you would have to put the paint on ridiculously thick for it to actually affect the wheel fitting to the hub off square.

well if you dont it looks like a half job!
the wheels most likely rub paint off in those areas when they get put on anyway

and there was only 4 strips of contanct, the mounting on the back of my alloys isnt solid

i think if wheel placement was that accurate, tyre mounting would probs spoil it all anyway

there is probs 0.25mm of paint there? not gonna make much difference at all

yes i agree, if they paint was 1 or 2mm thick maybe lol

what did you do with the copper grease that was there you need that to stop your nuts sticking, i just sprayed up to the nuts to so ive done the same thing but i dismantled my front brakes as there abit hard to spray while on the brake disc

most of it was on the hub anyway. wiped it off with wd40 and thinners lol

the posts were greasy enough
